The Breakfast Club Experience:
"The 4 week experience was beautiful, meaningful and transformative. I met parts of myself that I wasn’t aware of before, which has allowed me to foster a more compassionate inner dialogue and has supported me in my parenting and relationships overall. Audrey is incredibly knowledgeable, wise and caring. She created a very safe and welcoming space where everyone can participate and share without any pressure, and benefit from her program no matter at what point of their journey they are in."
"Thank you so much for this amazing opportunity and truly transformative experience. I’m incredibly grateful to have met the women in our group and to have shared the Breakfast Club journey with all its tears, joy, and the beautiful celebration of our growth. It has been a life-changing experience, and I would be honoured to continue this journey from September."
"I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank Audrey for facilitating the recent series of self-reflection sessions. From the very beginning, Audrey created a warm, welcoming, and safe environment that encouraged openness and vulnerability. Her gentle and friendly presence made it easy for everyone to share at their own pace, and it was clear that each participant felt heard, seen, and supported throughout the process. What truly stood out to me was the non-judgmental atmosphere Audrey fostered. Through her subtle guidance and compassionate approach, we were not only able to reflect on our own experiences, but also naturally began to support and uplift one another. These sessions became a space of mutual care, understanding, and personal insight—something quite rare and incredibly valuable. The materials provided were also very helpful: minimal, clear, and easy to engage with. They supported the sessions beautifully without ever feeling overwhelming. I especially appreciated how they complemented the reflective nature of our conversations without dictating them. To be honest, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect when I joined the group, especially since I’ve participated in similar (but in my professional environment) sessions before. However, this experience felt different in the best possible way. I can confidently say I’ve taken some meaningful baby steps toward deeper self-awareness, and it’s reassuring to realize that the process doesn’t have to be daunting—it can be gentle, supportive, and even uplifting. Thank you again, Audrey, for your care, your presence, and your guidance. I would absolutely recommend these sessions to anyone interested in meaningful self-reflection and personal growth."
“The breakfast club was a commitment that I hesitated to make as I felt I was too busy. But was I too busy to connect to myself? too busy to learn how to improve my day to day life? Once I started the sessions, it was smooth and engaging, and Audrey just made us all feel so welcome holding space for us but also giving allot- allot of information, allot of chances to tell our stories, and allot of food :) I connected with the group as if we were long time friends. So I didn’t miss any breakfast! I strongly recommend it, it’s time well spent.”
The Breakfast Club
A Gathering of Connection and Growth
Join us for a warm, inviting morning shared with like-minded women, gathered around a beautifully set table where meaningful conversations flow as freely as the coffee. The Breakfast Club is more than just a monthly meeting—it’s a sanctuary for women to come together, nurture their minds and hearts, and build lasting connections.
Each month from February until May, the same close-knit group of women gathers to create a safe, supportive space where vulnerability is welcomed, and wisdom is shared. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) as a guiding framework, we’ll explore the many “parts” within us—learning to understand, accept, and embrace all aspects of ourselves. These sessions are designed as facilitated discussions, blending small group exercises with opportunities for meaningful dialogue, self-discovery, and reflection.
Guided by open-hearted conversation and mutual respect, The Breakfast Club provides a supportive space to explore and understand our inner "parts," honor all aspects of ourselves, and inspire one another to navigate life’s challenges with authenticity, self-compassion, and courage.
This intimate gathering is perfect for women who value connection, deep conversations, and the joy of building a community where every voice matters. Whether you’re seeking clarity, encouragement, or a sense of belonging, The Breakfast Club offers the perfect environment to find it.
The Breakfast Club - Cohort 1 will take place from 9am until 11:00am:
Wednesday October 1st
Wednesday November 5th
Wednesday December 3rd
